There is an additional cleaning fee of $35for 3 to 5 guest and $50 for 6 to 8 guest. Holiday rates may be slightly higher. Please call for specific quote.**

Reservations: Reservations may be made by phone 706-865-4935 or email reservations@chimneyshadows.com. Simply contact us and we will ready the cabin for your visit. Your telephone or email reservation will be held for 4 business days awaiting receipt of your deposit. Reservations may also be secured by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Deposits: 50% of rental fee due at time of reservation. No reservation is confirmed without deposit. Remainder of balance is due on day of arrival. No key will be released until reservation is paid in full.

Cancellations: There will be a $50 transaction fee for all cancellations. A 14 day notice of cancellation is required to receive credit for any deposits less the $50 transaction fee. If you cancel within 14 days and we rebook for the length of your stay your deposit less the $50 transaction fee will be refunded. Please note that any deposits made by personal check will be refunded by check 30 days after cancellation. Credit card and certified check deposits will be made within four days of cancellation. If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment must be made at time of reservation. Please let us know as soon as possible about cancellations so that we may diligently try to rebook your reservation and return your deposit. No shows will be charged full rental price. No exceptions will be made to these policies.

There will be no refunds given due to bad weather or for unused days. Please do not ask for early departure refunds, we hold the dates for you, therefore, you are obligated to pay for them.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or money orders. Personal checks are accepted two weeks prior to arrival. A 2% charge is added to credit card transactions

You will be charged a minimum of $100 for violations of the pet and smoking policy.
